Family Law

The CQCLC has significant experience in the area of family law and provides legal advice and casework assistance where relevant in relation to family law including both parenting and property matters, such as:

• general parenting matters
• relocation of children
• recovery of children
• contravention of existing court orders
• change of a child’s name
• child support enquiries
• property settlement matters

When determining casework that might be provided the CQCLC will primarily assist financially disadvantaged people in the community.
