The CQCLC provides legal services across a range of areas of law. For example:

• family law
• domestic and family violence
• peace and good behaviour orders
• employment law
• discrimination
• guardianship, administration and other mental health legal matters
• motor vehicle damage
• traffic matters
• criminal law
• consumer product disputes
• consumer service disputes
• consumer debt matters
• QCAT matters
• Second-hand car or other dealers

Solicitors are available to provide advice Monday-Friday between 9.30 am and 4 pm in Rockhampton, Gladstone and Mt Isa, by appointment.  The Centre does not provide advice on some areas of law such as commercial matters, personal injury claims and conveyancing.

Appointments can be in person, phone or video conference.

The CQCLC also visits Yeppoon on the first Monday of the month and Biloela on the third Wednesday of the month through our outreach service.
